the hotel is very close to main attractions. i could easily walk to saint sofia, the blue mosque, and the basilica cistern. the staff were very helpful and cute to me. they helped me book a bosphorus cruise.

the wifi was really bad, i mostly could not connect. when i connected it was slow. i also had issues with the breakfast, the pastry variety was poor.

The hotel location offered very easy access to major tourist attractions! I could walk to Saint Sofia and the Blue Mosque quite easily. Transfers for the Bosphorus Cruise and Turkish bath were perfect.

The personnel were always kind and cheerful, ready to help with anything I needed. They made sure I was comfortable. They provided prompt service when I requested additional pillows. fresh towels daily.

Breakfast was varied with tasty choices, even including scrambled eggs and french toast. There were ample options to start my mornings well. The dining area always felt clean and well-stocked. Hot coffee and tea were readily available.

The staff were helpful.

I was annoyed with the breakfast, it was really bad. It barely resembled a Turkish breakfast. The spa area reeked and parts of the ceiling were falling apart. This stay was disappointing.
